Hey all,
because we already got some trouble/misunderstandings in War-Season, here are some instructions how we deal with Wars.
If our current tactic is speedwars, we cant allow our member to be afk or even be late in the war. That slow us to much down while we have some other guilds on our back hunting points with speedwars too.
- When cooldown to next war is on 5 min left, we will ask in our guildchat xat.com/MoriInfinati if everyone is there.
- When cooldown reach 1 min before war we will start kicking all who didnt tell in chat, that they are there. People who comes online in that time and already got a kick, should be next time better on time.
If member who told they are there BUT in war they are afk (to be 10 min late count as afk also), they will get a warning. Member who already got 2 of this warnings and do this again, will be kicked out of guild permanently. No invite back, even the war-season is over. Its permament. 3 Chances not to fool and disappoint the whole guild is more than enough i think.
Some tips for avoiding this:
- Dont tell in guildchat you will be there if you are not sure. If you dont tell you will be there because you are not sure, we can kick you before war starts and we have no problem.
- Mobile member can also tell it per Kong PM.
- If you are reliable, you can ask me for give you some trust that you will be there, so you dont need to tell it everytime on guildchat. That requires that you leave the guild by yourself if you think you cant participate anymore. Member who got this trust but were afk during war, will lose that trust instant and get the first warning. Thats a chance for all reliable member to have it easier, but it also brings more responsibility. Its up to you.
Maybe it sounds a little bit to strict for some of you. But that are not really difficult instructions to be followed. We all want a fun and chilling time when we play this game. But it cant be, that its on the costs of other members.
I think we are a cool bunch of players and it would be a shame to kick you permanent. So help me not to be forced to do that. Thanks.
